No Clean Feed - Potential Protest of the Week?

This is taken direct from the No Clean Feed facebook group - more of which can be found here

"The Federal Government is pushing forward with a plan to force ISPs to filter out all material "inappropriate" for children from Australian homes.

This plan will waste tens of millions of taxpayer dollars and slow down Internet access.

Despite being almost universally condemned by the public, ISPs, State Governments, Media and censorship experts, Communications Minister Stephen Conroy is determined to force this filter into your home. Don't let him!"

How will we seach for good porn if this happens?

The Sydney protest is in a week and a half.

Sydney:
13th of December
11am-4pm
Town Hall
Facebook group

I don't think it'll be very successful. The type of person who would protest this would have their porn collection filed and sorted under Blondes, Brunettes, Milfs, Bukake etc. They're probably far too busy cataloging and fulfilling their latest fantasy niche like "Naked Japanese School Girls eating Ramen Noodles made of feces" so they won't be out where their support is needed.

That said, I plan on stopping by and taking some photo's cos I love a good protest.

In the mean time please enjoy this photo of George St on Sunday after the Xmas parade.

Not quite a protest, but you can feel the potential.
